OBITUARY The death of Mrs Row, mother of Mr A. W. and Miss Ada Row. of Portland, on Saturday last removes one of the very oldest identities of the district. She ar- rived in Portland with her husband (who predeceased her many years ago) in 1835, and had the unique record of residing in the same house on the Nelson road for 62 years. The deceased lady, who was greatly re- spected, leaves a family of three sons and one daughter. They are Frank, Joseph (Hamilton), Albert and Ada (Portland) The late Mrs Row was 94 years at the time of death.-Another old pioneer in the per- son of Mrs Rawlings passed away at her residence, Palmer street, on Wednesday at the advanced age of 91. She had been a patient sufferer for some considerable time It's a delightful, sparkling, refreshing water-Hepburn Spa.
