PECULIAR ACCIDENT. To have per eyelid torn open by the horn of a cow, without in any way injuring the eye, was the experience of Mrs. C. E. Levis wife of the Warracknabeal veterin- ary surgeon. Mr Levis is a son of the late Dr. Levis, who for many years practised in Portland.
