BATHURST POLICE COURT.

THURSDAY, August 7, 1862. (Before Dr. Palmer, P.M.) THOMAS LAWLER pleaded guilty to the charge of assault and using abusive language, and was fined £3, or in default, 14- days in gaol. John Barry, charged with pasting a fictitious note, was committed to tako his trial at the next Circuit Court.
