It is said experience teaches; then read the following extract from the "Age" of Saturday, 3rd December, 1921: "The Experience of Warrnambool Woollen Mills. "And to-day those who threw cold water on the scheme are scrambling to buy shares in the Company at 40/ and 50/ apiece. Their sudden enthus iasm is understandable when it is known that after paying a dividend of 18 per cent. during the year just closed, the Company has still sufficient money on hand to duplicate its plant. "The amazing fact is that the Company already owns plant and build ings worth £150,000. It is regrettable, however, that owing to the early apa thy of the people of Warrnambool only about half the shares are held local ly, the balance having fallen into the hands of Flinders Lane, which accounts for the fact that Warrnambool Woollen Goods are retailed to the public at fancy prices." SHARES obtainable on application to the Secretary or the Organisers, whose names will appear in our future advertisements. - F. W. CHAIMER, Secretary.
