WEDDING. HARROP-BOTT. At St. Mary's Church, West End, on 29th August, Mr George Harrop, of Hughenden, was quietly married to Miss Gertrude Mary Bott, youngest daughter of Mrs Bott, West End. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Father Bray, of Hughenden. The bride who was given away by her brother, Mr Con. Bott, was attired in a dainty frock of white viole, prettily embroid- ered and trimmed with guipure lace and insertion, and a hat of white cor- ded silk ribbon. The bridesmaids, Miss Cecilia Franzmann, and Miss Monica Brads (nieces of the bride), wore pretty frocks of white and cream viole. Mr Fred Satini, and Mr Alf Franzmann (nephew of the bride), at- tended as best man and groomsman. Subsequently the guests, who included relatives and intimate friends only, were received by the bride's mother at her residence in Mary Street. Mr and Mrs Harrop left by the Kanowna for Brisbane and Sydney, where the honeymoon is being spent. The bride travelled in a frock of navy cashmere-   de-sole with steel trimmings and hat to tone.
