CREMONA ESTATE. A FAILURE. [BY TELEGCRAPH] The Land Board sat at Alexandra to-day to allot blocks on the Cremona estate, Molesworth, recently purchased from Mr C. Hamilton. For the 13 blocks 9 applications were received all local people. The allotment was as follows:-No 1, Mr Burns, No 2, Mr Hoban, No 3, Mr Popple, No 4, 5, 6. 7, no applications were receive- ed, No 8, Mr McNab, No 9, Mrs McNab, No 10, Mr Popple, No 11. Mr McIn- tyre, Messrs McIntyre and McNab and Mrs McNab withdrew after securing their blocks so that 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 9. 11 are now vacant. For Dawson's two blocks Mr Bradie and Mr Leys, Cath- kin were the only applicants.
