REDIVIVOS.
Last weak a stout, elderly cockney appeared upon the talkie screen and announced that he was the original Dan Kelly, ot the famous gang.
Dan. with Steve Hart and Joe Byrne, was shot and half-Incinerated In the Glenrowan Hotel.
Years after the hanging of Ned Kelly the others turned up in the Boer War, this being the invention of an old Cool-
gardie Journalist.
Now a quaint old geezer, with a protruding tummy, a strong White- chapel accent, and a non-Aussie twang, tells on the stage and screen the "Story of Me Lotte."
To do justice to the insight and sense of the present talkie audience, they laugh hilariously at the spectacle
of a corpulent cockney trying to put lt over the public.
As there is still £2000 reward for
Dan Kelly (If alive), the cheeky old I gabster stands a risk of the rope-or the lunatic asylum.
