PHILLIPS —OPIE. —On the 22nd August, 1875, at the bride's residence, Wallaroo Mines, by the Rev. O. Lake, James, eldest son of the late Thomas Phillips, Burra Mine, to Emily, eldest daughter of the late William Opie, Wallaroo Mines. Pre- sent residence, Erskine-street, Goodwood Park. DEATHS. BESLEY. —On the 18th August, suddenly, at her residence, Gilles-street, Mary Ann, relict of the late Robert Besley. A loving mother. CAMERON. —On the 15th August, at Mount Barker, Thomas, beloved third son of D. and M. Cameron, aged 22. LYSAGHT. —On the 14th August, at Petersburg, Mary, beloved daughter of Michael and Mary Ly- saght, aged 25 years. MADDEX. —On the 15th August, at Mount Gam - bier, Sarah Agnes, fifth daughter of Samuel Mad- dex, aged 11. MARSHALL. —On the 17th June, at Pretoria Hospital, S.A., of enteric fever, Edward Sherman, third beloved son of the late Geo. Marshall, and nephew of Miss Mitchell, Adelaide. Senior Trum- peter Second S.A. Contingent, aged 20 years. RICHTER. —On the 21st August, at Adelaide, Friedrich Wilhelm Richter, aged 56 years. Member of the German Club, Central Hall.
