TILEMANN.-0n the 12th September, the wife of A. Tilemann, of a daughter. DEATHS. GRACR-On the 11th June, of cholera, at the Oriental Bank, Madras, Charles Cudbert, youngest surving son of the late. Charles Grace, Esq., St. Andrews, Scotland, in his 27th year, and brother of Mr. Alexander Grace, late Manager of the South Australian Banking Company, Robe. TOWNSEND.-On the 17th June, 18U^ at Padang, on the west coast of Sumatra, Mrs. Clementine Cecilia Sophia Townsend, wife of Mr. William Townsend, aged 50 years. PATMORE.-0n the 5th July, at Hamp- stead, London, aged 35, Emily Augusta, wife of Coventry Patmore, Esq., of the British Museum, fifth daughter of the late Rev. Edward Andrews, LL.D., and sister of Mr. E. W. Andrews, Tavistock buildings, Adelaide.
