The principal electrical engineers and contractors in Adelaide have recently form- ed themselves into an association. The members aim at a high standard of installa- tion work, and have been recognised by the Electric Light and Traction Company, the Institute oí Architects, and the Fire Un- derwriters' Association. A number of meetings have been held, at which rules were adopted and officers appointed. Mr. Just has been elected chairman, and Mr. E. S. Clark secretary. The members ot the association'are:-Messrs. Barker & Co., Unbehaun & Johnstone, Just & Co., Ellis and Clark, J. A. Newton & Co., Todd and Samuel, and H. Martin & Co., and provision. is made in the rules for the election of any
other firms as members.
