'Hie -whole of the 21 lodges voted solidly for the suggestion. Tile proposal is now being voted upon by every lodge nffiliited with the Miners' Federa- tion. It is also suggested that if any mem- ber is imprisoned, or his his wages gar nisheed, for refusing to pay tax, a general strike will be declared until the member is released, or his money refunded.
