NOTICE is hereby given that at a Spec- ial Meeting held on Monday, the 18th day of August 1947, a resolution was passed repealing existing By-laws 552, 553 and 554 and substituting therefore a new Bylaw No. 552, setting out the Fees and Expenses payable to members for at- tending Meetings and Committee Meetings of the Council and when making inspec- tions.
