Woman 's Realm FROCKING AT THE RACES. Blues and Black Favoured. THE Western Australian Turf Club's May meetings took place at the Perth Racecourse on Saturday and yes terday afternoon and were well attended by race-goers. That Autumn had arrived was apparent in the rich tints seen in the shrubs, the flower beds, and the roses against the fences, which made pleas ing contrasts to the vivid well-kept green lawns. Between races the R.S.L. Band, under the baton of Mr. George S. Mellor, played selections from well-known operas. Tailored and sports suits and frocks were much in evidence, as well as all the newest shapes in hats with jaunty feathers. Smart top coats were the order of the day yesterday owing to the in clemency of the weather, and many beautiful furs were seen at both meet ings. Black and all shades of blue were still first favourites in the frocking, with here and there rich autumn shades lend ing touches of colour.
