WHITE CITY, PERTH PROTEST AGAINST GAMBLING. CITY COUNGIL'S ACTION. Perth, Feb. 16. Carnival Square. or White City, as it is more generally known, has been the subject of discussion by the City Council on many occasions, princip ally on account of the gambling which it was alleged took place there.
