Notice to Consignees.
THE S.S. "MONTORO."
FROM SOUTHERN PORTS.
CONSIGNEES are hereby notified,
that all Car»o ex s.S. Montoro will be delivered by the Vessel at the Railway Wharf, Darwin.
The Ship's responsibility ends when the Cargo-is clear of the Ship's tackle and delivery afufar as the ship is con-
cerned will I)H deemed to have been taken when the cargo is clear of the ship's sides.
Notice is al?o given that ali cargo is received by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Consignees and is handled by us at the risk and expense in all respects of the Consignee.
All Bills of Lading must be pro- duced and surrendered at the office of the undeisigned, all freight and charges paid, and delivery order obtained, and no claims against the Ship will be recognised unless lodged 'WITHIN SEVEN DAYS from the date of the Steamer's arrival.

of Darwin, in the Northern Terri- tory, soldier, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that all
creditors and other persons having claims against the Estate of the abovenamed CHARLES H. BRANSON, late of Darwin, in the Northern Territory, deceased, who died on or about the Fourteenth day of October, 1918, A,D , in France are hereby required to send their clames to the Public Curator, Brisbane, on or before the Twentieth day of March 1919. And that after the expiration of the last-mentioned date the Public Curator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard 'only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice.
