A FATAL SNAKE BITE.
Adelaide, September 23.
A fatal case of snake bite is reported from Waikeri, the unfortunate victim being the only daughter of Mr. E. Jaeshkie, a farmer. The little girl saw a rabbit run into a hollow log, and put her hand in after it, with the result that she was fatally bitten by a snake.
