MOUNT CELIA STATION.
The Yundamindera Pastoral Co.'s leasehold property, known as Mount Celia Station, comprising 330,000 acres, will be offered for sale by public auction
by Goldsborough, Mort and Co., Ltd., at the Wool Exchange. Perth, on December 1. The leases, which will expire at the end of 1948 are about 55 miles from Murrin Murrin. on the railway from Kal goorlie to Laverton, and 168 miles north of Kalgoorlie. There is a homestead on the property, and other improvements consist of fencing, windmills. wells, and yards. The terms are 5 per cent cash at the auction. 20 per cent, on posses sion, and the balance by instalments over five years, with 6½ per cent interest.
