WHEREAS the undersigned has lately had sevctal
sheep killed on the lands of Meadsfield and Etloe, which lands are repeatedly trespassed on by per- sons not keeping the proper roads, kangaroo hunting, destroying the fences, and leaving logs used as drags at the bottom of the hills. This is to give notice, that all persons found committing any of the above trespasses, will be prosecuted with the utmost rigour of the law; and all dogs found on the said lauds will be shot.

Notice is hereby giren, tbnt tenders will continue lo be re- ceded as hitherto, nt this office, every Wednesday, until 12 o'clock, for Hills to be drawn nt 30 days' sight on the Uight Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Trea- sury, in exchange for British surer or gold ; when those at the most favourable rate will, if approved, be accepted.
On such occasions, however, as the sudden departure of a vessel, by which remittances have to be made, special tendéis will he received without reference to the particular day thus appointed for ordinary cases.
The tenders to be (in duplicate) endorsed " Tenders for Hills," mid to state the amount of each hill, together with the name of the party in whose favour it should be drawn.

Notice is hereby given, thal the following standing rules must he invariably observed by nil parlies wishing to become Contractors with this Department
1. Every Tender to be in duplicate, scaled and endorsed on the envelope, in accordance with the description of supply to
which it refers.
Ü. Printed forms of Tenders can he obtained at the several Commissariat Offices ; and in every case that will admit of it these must be used and signed by a responsible party engaging to become surely for the due fulfilment of the 'lender if accepted.
3. Separate Tenders must be made to correspond with each advertisement respectively, even in cases where they may be called for on the same day.
