MELBOURNE, Friday.
Appointments and promotions associated with the R.A.A.F. expansion and development of the Empire Air Training Scheme vvere announced by the Air Board yesterday.
Wing-Commandcrs C. S Wiggins, Directoi of Signals at R.A.A.F. Headquarters, Mel- bourne; A. M. Charlesworth, CO. at Pearce (W.A.., R.A.A.F. station; C. Eaton. CO. at Darwin, and F. R. W. Schcrgcr, CO. at No. 2 Service Flying Training School, Wagga, N.S.W., have been promoted to the temporary rank of group-captain from September 1
Acting Squadron Leaders T. W. White (the former Minister for Customs), and C. O. Fair, bairn (brother of the late Air Minister) have heen granted the temporary rank of squadron leader __________________________
