SUET DUMPLINGS.
One teacupful flour, 2 tableapoon fuls chopped suet, A a teaspoon salt, cold water, } teaspoonful pepper, J teaspoonful baking powder, 1 des sertspoonful chopped parsley. Mix all the dry ingredients, rubbing suet into the flour, and make all into a stiff paste with cold water. Cut and roll into balls, covering the outside with flour, which prevents breaking. When ready, drop them intd the stew, which must be boiling slowly, and cook for half an hour longer.
