BEAUMARIS ZOO.
The Legislative Council yesterday approved
of the clause in the Hobart Corporation Bill, authorising the City Council to establish and maintain zoological gardens, to be known as the Beaumaris Zoo, in such portion of the Queen's
Domain as it may determine, and also to expend on the z00 such annual sum as the Council may think proper.
