THE STORM
The waves were breaking on the
rocks,
The wind was howling near,
And all the ships were safe at
dock$,
Or tied up to the pier.
Dead fish were wasned up on
the shore, ,
And bits of driftwood, too.
I hope and pray that nothing
more
Will come. And so does Sue.
It's good to smell the fresTi sea
air,
And walk upon the sand,
And think of fun, without a
care
Or worrv. near at hand.
