. The social service work of the Presbyterian Church will be brought before congregations this month.
The Sisterhood, which has a home for unmarried mothers at North Fitzroy, is enlarging this home by build- ing a small maternity hos- pital.
The Rev. A. G. Harrison, Director of Social Services, will speak in metropolitan churches on the work being done.
The department has flats for elderly people and hostels for young girls at Kew, East Melbourne, and Elsternwick.
It also runs Linda Babies' Home at Camberwell, Kil- donan Village Homes for Children at Burwood, Kil- many Park Farm Home far Boys at Sale, Dhurringile Rural Training Farm at Tatura, Carnsworth and Ga roopna Home and Hospital for Elderly Women at Kew.
