NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.
THE Proprietors of the SYDNEY
HERALD, beg to inform their Friends and the Public in general, that, should it meet the views of their Subscribers, they propose publishing the Herald TWICE in each WEEK, in place of once a week, as at present ; of the time of commencing due notice will be given.
The Terms will be, both publications, Eight Shil- lings per Quarter to Subscribers in town, and Ten Shillings and Sixpence (postage included), for Sub- scribers in the country.

THE undersigned respectfully begs to
apprise the residents of Parramatta, its neigh- bourhood, and the public, that he will open, in the course of the ensuing week, a Store in Church- street, opposite the house of Mr. FRANCIS OAKES, where he will have on SALE, wines, spirits, tea, sugar, slops, tobacco, &c, and such other goods most in demand, trusting, by unvaried attention to their orders, to enjoy a share of their support for the future. IMPOUNDED, at North Richmond,
the following CATTLE, viz.
On the 16th February-One brown Bullock, with
white back, belly, part of the hind leg, and tail, branded on the off side of the rump, first letter apparently F, last letter not legible.
On the 10th instant-One black Cow, with down
horns, white back, belly, and part of tai!, with a star on the forehead, branded F F on the off side of the rump, and F on the near side of the rump.
Also, one red Cow, with down horns, back, belly,
legs, and tail white, with a speckled head, branded on tbe off rump apparently Xo.
If the above Cattle are not claimed within 21 days from the date of this advertisement, they wil. be sold by auction, at the Pound of the undersigned,
to defray expenses.
