FIVE POUNDS REWARD. -NOTICE -The

Public is hereby cautioned against trespassing by stock, setting fire to the grass, or burning the fence, which was put up at a considerable expence, by barking the trees, and cutting down timber that is intended for building and other purpose, on the fol- lowing Farms, now in the actual possession of the un- dersigned, lying and situate in the District of Appin; viz. from my present residence, known by the name of Kildare, to the road leading to King's Falls, and other Farms situate in the same District, known to be- long to me; as I have sustained great damage from the

same. The above reward of Five Pounds will be

given to any person that will give information of the offender or offenders so trespassing that may lead to conviction : And any person found crossing the said Farms, where there is no public road and proper land- marks to distinguish the same, will be prosecuted ac, cording to law.
