Questions in ad- dition to those already prescribed in the Act will relate to (1)'unemployment, (2) salary,- (11) u«e of alcoholic beverage«, di- rent of dwelling,, and (51 "number of chil- dren by present or previous marriage. .A special sheet of the census paper will contain the private questions such as (hat relating to the salary, and the citizen, after filling in the answer, may turn down the
page and seal it. The only pei«-ons to ,
whom the information will then he open will' be the confidential staff of the Statistician's office. It is slated by the Commonwealth officers in charge ni' the census that it is compulsory upon citizens lo answer all questions.
