Sunday Cowbells
Sir,-What laws, if any, govern the hawking of ice cream on Sunday?
We have had on a Sunday no fewer than four of these pests ringing their cowbells and cry- ing out ice cream, in the street where I live.
There is nothing worse for a family man with three small children than, in the middle of a hot dinner, having the children push their food to one side, ask- ing, when hearing the cowbell, "Dad. can we have an ice cream?"
HARRY THOMAS JEPSON.
