Found Dying In
Flat
------*------ Detectives early this morn- ing were investigating the death of Kellis Price, 35, who collapsed in a flat in Macleay Street, Potts Point.
It is believed he died from an overdose of sleeping tablets, but police are puzzled about some of the circumstances.
Price, who was born in Lis- more, was well known to the Darlinghurst police. He had con- ducted baccarat schools.
Mrs. Roslyn Eyles found Price dying and tried to revive
him.
She called Central District Ambulance, but Price was dead
before he could be moved.
Detective-sergeant Hamilton and Detectives Thoms, Wright, Bennett, and Begg investigated. They found in Price's flat a bottle which had contained sleeping
tablets.
Detective-Inspector Flint joined in the inquiries early this morn- ing.
