2CH TO OPEN SOON.
ANNOUNCERS 'APPOINTED.
It was announced yesterday, by Mr J J
Stewart, governing director of the Council of Churches Broadcasting Station 2CH that the
station would be testing on its allotted wave length of 248 metres next week. Mr Stewart also stated that Mr. A. S. Cochrane, the well- known 2FC announcer, has joined the station staff as chief announcer.
