It ia understood that there is in fie bands of the Publie Trustee a sum which has ac- cumulated in respect of an old proposal for the establishment of a home for defectiva children at Randwick. The fund now amount» to £68,000. It appear* that under th« Act It is necessary that a board should deal with the money.
