BOX FACTORY ALIGHT.
FIRE AT ANNANDALE.
At about 1 a.m. to-day a fire broke out in Bromley's (Brownlee's) Federal Box Factory, Susan-street, Annandale, near Parramatta Road.
The outbreak occurred in a large quantity of boxes at the rear of the premises, and speedily attained alarming proportions, the flames leaping high enough to attract the at- tention of the signal station at South Head. Leichhardt, Marrickville, George-street West, and other stations attended, and at the time of going to press were engaged in a hard fight with the flames.
