TIVOLI THEATRE.
Mr. Fred. W. Millis, a ventriloquist who has for long occupied a star position in the variety world of long- land, arrived here by the Mongolia, and will join Mr Harry Rickards's Company at the Tivoli Theatre this afternoon Mr Millis is an Australian, who has been many years absent from his native country. Mile, Yasiho, a new soprano, from London, will sing some of the latest illustrated songs, Mr Harry Leeds has been engaged, and there will be a first part entitled "Moorishi Revels," scenery by Mr Alfred Clint, group- ing by Mr Frank Gresham. Bonita, the champion lady rifle shot, is appearing, Cleopatra is putting her snakes through their paces and the Fernandes trio, Miss Fanny Powers, Mr Fred Bluett, and other artists are in
the programme.
Little Titch, probably the most expensive star com- edian ever engaged for this country, is under contract to Mr. Rickards for a 12 weeks' tour m Australia, and is already well on his way to Perth, where he will make his first appearance
