OBITUARY Mr. T. F. Gibbons, whose death took place at Bexley, was formerly Grand Mlaster of the Mi.Ui.I.O.O.F. in New South Wales. Mrs. A. Middlebrook, sister of the Newton family, of Gloucester, died in Sydney during the week. She was a teacher at the Darlington Practice School, ler husband predeceasing her some years ago, at Junce. The funeral took place at (ioucester. Alter a long illness, death claimed a highly respetcted resident of oolaroo, Mlrs. Leila May Garfoot (l.ee Leila Shaw). wife of Mr. H. Garfoot, First-street, Boolaroo. ''The deceased, who was 28 years of age, was born at East Maitland, and was the eldest daughter (adopted) of Mrs. A. Shaw and the late Mr. A. Shaw, of Fourth-street, Boolaroo. She had spent practically the whole of her life in Boola roo. She is survived by her husband and three young children, 'The funeral, which took place from her late residence, was largely attended, the interment being ilade in the Church of England portion of the Sandgate Cemetery. The Rev. MIr.. Moore officiated. The pall-bearers were Messrs. C. Hawkins, J. twhen, II. Bell, and W. Barnes.
