It is a unique trial, which will havo an interest out side New York. Tho death occurred at Albury, on Tuesday night, of Mr. Thomas Terry, at the age of 84 years. The deceased wns ouo of the oldest natives of tho State. He was born at Campbelltown, and in 1840 took op Howlong Station, ! on the Murrurobidgee, near Hay, where be resided for many yetrs. Mrs. Terry is 78 years of age, and quite recently they celebrated their diamond wedding. Mr. Henry Herron, Grand Secretary of tho Grand United Order of Oddfellows, is nt present paying a flying visit to Gundagai. Amongst the ladies who will take part in the concert on St. Patrick's night will bo Miss Kate McConnell and Miss Jeaunie Morgan, Goolburn ;? Mrs. O.
