In recognition of the bravery of Mr Robert Capron, the American actor, who was drowned in the Yarra at Warrandyte on Sunday while he was rescuing a fox terrier puppy, eight months old, the Society for the Protection of Animals pro- poses to dedicate a kennel at the George Bills Kennels, Preston, in his memory. The Royal Humane Society will ask for a report on the action of Mr. Peter Finch, juvenile lead in the theatrical company of which Mr. Capron was a member, with a view to recognising his bravery in diving to the
