BEFORE DEATH. Burial Certificates Granted MELBOURNE October 7. At a mketlng or the Women's Vigilance Society to-day it was stated that in a case in which a doctor had given a death certifi- cate before the actual death of the patient the latter had recov ered. In anothcr case in which a certificate was granted the patient was prepared for burial although he was not actually dead. It was decided to write to the British Medical Association, ask- ing it it were legel for a doctor to grant a death certificate before the actuil death of the person.
