No Monitoring of Postings.
The NLA does not intend to edit, monitor or screen Postings and is not responsible for the content in such Postings or any content linked to or from such Postings. However, the NLA reserves the right to examine from time to time, some, or all, of Trove for adherence to the Terms and Conditions of Use and to remove any Postings that may be objectionable or violate the Terms and Conditions of Use. You consent to infringement of any moral rights arising from the alteration or change of the material.
Non-Commercial Use only.
Trove is provided solely for your personal use. As a participant, you must not include in your Posting(s) or otherwise distribute on or through Trove any content or material containing any advertising, promotion, solicitation for goods, services or funds or solicitation for anyone to become members of any commercial enterprise or organisation without the express written permission of the NLA. Any unauthorised use of any interactive area of Trove, its Content or Postings is expressly prohibited.

Each registration is for a single individual only, unless specifically designated otherwise on the registration page. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorised use.

You must cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any such action.
Termination of access.
The NLA reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the use of Trove by any person who uses Trove in breach of these terms and conditions. The limitation of liability and indemnity above survive any such termination. By registering with the National Library’s Trove Service you agree to these terms and conditions.
